A quick sample of resources on school culture, based on some sources that I’ve found to be useful in the past and a quick search
Consortium on Chicago Schools Research: Survey conducted since 1991
School Survey site (with guest access)
Items from the Consortium Survey - Measures (Perhaps the most robust and tested set of items - also provides factors and measures within factors; the Professional Capacity and Learning Climate may be the most useful.
Coalition of Essential Schools Resource bank is always a good place to look for resources on school culture. They also include a site for surveys.
Center for Educational Effectiveness (out of Washington State)
- I actually think that this is a fantastic set of surveys.
